Insurance and Payment

For your convenience we accept the following payment options: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, and Personal Checks.  We expect that payment is received at the time service is rendered. 

Our practice accepts most insurance plans and as a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your dental insurance claims on your behalf. You will be expected to pay an estimated co-payment at the time of treatment. We ask that you keep us updated with your current insurance information so we may accurately bill your insurance in a timely manner.  All fees for private accounts (i.e. no insurance) must be paid in full at the time of service.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Our office is contracted with the following dental insurance companies: Delta Dental, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, Mass Health, MetLife and Altus. Due to the ever changing insurance industry there are some products under these companies that we do not participate with. We will verify coverage prior to your appointment.   If we are “out of network” we can still see you child however, you will be responsible on all charges on the day of service.

Cancellations: We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. If cancellations occur frequently, we reserve the right to charge your account. We only ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours.
